Location: Tucson

We are looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for agency information technology equipment/processes, facilities maintenance and supply/equipment acquisition processes. Assists with preparation of grant proposals, maintains agency contract files, and purchases general office supplies, equipment and facility replacement parts. Responsible for Local Area Network (LAN) maintenance, computer purchase/setup, security/anti-virus software maintenance, automation hardware/software problem resolution and one-on-one staff computer training, as needed. Assists with contract and maintenance negotiations related to agency facilities. Provides general support services to all of Deaf and Residential Services as needed. Position may from time to time be stressful and require a high demand of performance. May perform other duties as assigned.

Office Manager Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates or 2 years post-secondary education
  • 2 years of experience and proven skill utilizing Microsoft Office Suite in a network environment, to include exceptional skills in the creation and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets
  • 2 years of progressive administrative experience in an office environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work independent of direct supervision in a team environment
  • Proven strong communication skills oral and written are clear, concise, and in an organized fashion using appropriate style, grammar and tone
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills with persons of varied educational, ethnic and cultural backgrounds
  • Knowledge and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
  • Obtain State of Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass drug screening
  • Valid Arizona Driver License, proof of insurance and Arizona Motor Vehicle Division 39 month Motor Vehicle Report

Office Manager Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Additional years of directly related experience
  • Intermediate Spanish language skills
  • Basic American Sign Language skills
