Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc. is thriving! We are seeking an executive director to oversee our Medical Respite Center, scheduled to open in 2023, and our Community Living Program. The CCS Medical Respite Center will provide homeless individuals the opportunity to heal from medical issues in a safe and restorative space. Our Community Living Program provides support for developmentally disabled adults who need help to live independently.

The Executive Director is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, management, and development for the medical respite and Community Living Programs. Responsible for administrative oversight of all clinical and non-clinical services. Will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team; oversee and develop program goals, strategic plan, and budget.


· Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Care Administration or health related field or Current Arizona License Registered Nurse

· Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience as a program director/senior manager, including oversight of clinical operations or experience with developmentally disabled

· Organized fashion using appropriate style, grammar, and tone

· Strong knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships

· Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service with the functional area

· A background in community health is preferred, as is bilingual (English/Spanish)
