SUMMARY: The Program Coordinator II will monitor, update, manage and develop the Domestic Violence Programs in Cochise County. This position works directly under and in collaboration with the Regional Director of Domestic Violence programs. Ensures regulations, contracts, and program requirement compliance. Develop staff in skill building and service delivery, conduct continuous evaluation of offered services and the appropriateness to participant needs. Train and support staff and volunteers on processes, policies, and procedures. Maintain cooperative efforts made with other agencies in coordination of services. Maintain accurate record keeping, reporting, scheduling shifts and trainings. Conduct and assist with fundraising and maintain donor relations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Suitable work experience may be considered as transferable skills to meet minimum requirements of the position and will be considered by the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
- Bachelor's in Human Services or related field
- 2 years of related experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Obtain State of Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Driver License, proof of insurance and 39 month Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to obtain health care certificates including TB clearance, CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana, regardless of recreational use laws)
- Proven strong communication skills - oral and written are clear, concise, and in an organized fashion using appropriate style, grammar and tone
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other staff, officials, community organizations, government agencies and the general public
- Demonstrated ability for positive leadership
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual English / Spanish, verbal and written
- Masters in human services or related field
- Additional years of directly related experience
